FAQ
Questions, answered
The things teams most often ask before getting started with Dukes. Don't see yours? Reach out any time.
Do the calls sound robotic?
No. Dukes uses natural-sounding voice agents that hold real conversations — they handle interruptions, answer common questions, and adapt to how a candidate responds. Every call opens with a clear disclosure that it's an automated assistant.
How does Dukes connect to our existing tools?
Dukes plugs into most major CRMs, ATSs, and systems of record, or you can upload a list directly. New records can trigger a call automatically, and results sync back to your system with notes and next steps.
Is automated calling compliant?
Compliance is built in. Calls include disclosure, candidates can opt out at any time, and every interaction is logged with recordings, transcripts, and consent flags so you have a complete, auditable trail.
What happens to people who don't qualify?
Only interested, qualified people are routed to your team. Others are tagged in your system so you can review, re-engage later, or follow your own process — nothing is discarded silently.
How quickly can we get started?
Most teams are live within days. We configure your screening scripts, criteria, and routing, run a short test batch, and then scale up to full volume.
How is pricing structured?
Usage-based — you pay per completed screen, not per seat or per dial. In production today, cost has dropped to under $7 per screened candidate, and pricing scales down with volume. There are no long-term commitments to get started; book a demo and we'll size a plan to your hiring volume.
