Our story

Built by people who lived the problem

Dukes Technologies started in a staffing agency, where a handful of recruiters were expected to call hundreds of applicants a day. The best people were gone before anyone could reach them, and nights and weekends went uncovered. We built a voice agent to fix it — and it worked.

We build custom automation infrastructure specific for your business. The same engine that screens candidates can verify a policyholder, confirm a patient appointment, qualify an inbound lead, or follow up on a renewal — at any hour and any volume. Today it runs in production, including for a tier-one automotive supplier handling 500–2,000 contacts a day nationwide, and it adapts to staffing, recruiting, healthcare, insurance, and beyond.
